This is a ramen shop located in Higashiomi City (formerly Yokaichi City). It is operated as a container house (ΦωΦ) There is a parking space behind the store for about 3 to 4 cars. There are only 9 counter seats inside the store. By the way, it is an order system (ΦωΦ) The shop owner was in a traffic accident and it was closed for a long time, but now (at the end of October 2023) it has been revived and will be open during the day and at night (although it is closed irregularly at night) (๑•̀ㅂ •́)و✧ This time I ordered special ramen. My companion ordered the soy sauce ramen. I felt the delivery time was quite fast. The special ramen is a soy sauce-based soup with a slightly sour taste and medium-thick noodles. It said ``Thick noodle specialty store,'' but the noodles weren't that thick (¯-¯٥) The toppings are 3 slices of char siu, seasoned eggs, bean sprouts, green onions (white onions), lightly stir-fried vegetables, and seaweed, making it quite filling. The char siu had a very strong salty taste (ΦωΦ) There were other types of ramen such as miso and stamina ramen, so I thought I would try a different type of ramen next time (ΦωΦ) I'm sure it's difficult to recover from illness after just one surgery, but the food was quite delicious so I hope you'll do your best at this restaurant (｀･ω･´)ゞ Thank you for the meal (-person-)

I ate salt ramen and it was very delicious. The shopkeeper is also a bright and friendly person who is easy to talk to and has a comfortable atmosphere. Personally, it is the most recommended ramen shop near Yokaichi.

Stamina Ramen was delicious! It's not as heavy as I thought and it's easy to eat. The menu is very easy to understand with pictures. The parking lot is narrow, so it might be better to park at the nearby MaxValu.
