It tastes delicious every time. Ramen tastes vary from person to person as each person has different tastes, but mine is somewhere in the middle. I've been going there for over 10 years now, and the taste hasn't changed. I always recommend the pork siu noodles, lots of vegetables, firm noodles, with back fat, and the fried rice set. The char siu is melty and delicious, and the soup is light and flavorful, and even when the soup gets cold, it's not salty at all. The fried rice has diced pork fillet, which goes well with the red pickled ginger and is delicious.
