This is the Aichigawa branch of Ramen Fuji, a well-known ramen chain in the Keiji area that originated in Kyoto (*`・ω・)ゞ It is located along National Route 8 and is easy to find, with plenty of parking available. The store has counter and tatami seats, and orders are required (ФωФ) The delivery time is quite early. The ramen is like the usual Ramen Fuji ramen, with straight noodles with low water content, soy sauce soup, and toppings of chashu, green onions, and bean sprouts. However, the oil film is a little small. (ФωФ) The side menu was good and the fried chicken was quite juicy, but it would have been even better if they added salt and pepper like the Mononobe store does. The fried rice was just between fluffy and moist. The seasoning wasn't bad, but I felt like there was too much pickled ginger. (ФωФ) In any case, I was satisfied because I was able to enjoy the classic ramen Fuji ramen. At Achiki, I have a strong impression that ``Ramen Fuji is a place where women work energetically,'' but at this Aichigawa branch, the girls working there were energetic and very helpful (゚∀゚*) Thank you for the meal (。-人-。)
This is a first-time visitor who visited us during the autumn leaves viewing of Koto Sanzan. I can't eat meat, so I always order ramen without char siu. I'm not going to ask for any other service (toppings, etc.) instead. However, at this shop, when I first ordered it without roast pork, the clerk had a questionable expression, but he immediately asked me if I could add corn or wakame seaweed. I asked for corn. When the ramen was completed, it was topped with a large amount of corn that greatly exceeded my imagination. I was astonished. I've probably visited around 200 ramen shops, including local ones (not Shiga Prefecture), but I've probably never had this kind of service. (About 3 stores? This is the 2nd store in Hikone.) In addition to such service, the ramen soup was provided at a perfect level along with the hardness of the noodles. On top of that, he gave me a friendly and cheerful greeting, and I was able to eat in a good mood for the first time in a long time. I would like to see this kind of shop, which has various considerations, continue to thrive in the future. It's a little far from my house, so I can't go often, but if it's nearby, I'd like to go once a week. But if you have the chance to visit again, it's a store you definitely want to visit! Thank you for the meal!
