It's a cosy izakaya with a bar area for lone diners and a raised tatami space for groups. There is no English menu, but the lovely service staff will try to communicate with you! Just say, "Ramen" and they can tell you what they have. Shoyu for soy sauce type, shio for the salt based ramen, and miso...well, for miso based ramen. They are very friendly and have fast service. The shoyu ramen is my first try and I loved the chashu pork! The bean sprouts have been singed a bit giving the soup a warm, toasty taste. Not too salty either for me. With just the right balance of soup to noodle ratio in my humble opinion... It could get busier later in the evening so it would be best to go early if you are looking for quieter corner to dine alone.

The other day, I visited at the same time as the opening in the evening I had miso ramen and zangi. I hadn't eaten anything since morning, so the hot food was really delicious. Thank you very much for your concern during the heavy snow removal work!

I came here for the first time because it was recommended by a friend. Grilled squid, fried chicken, dashimaki egg, french fries, gomoku ramen... I was blown away by how delicious everything I ate was. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and made ramen for two, making me wonder if this was really an izakaya. It tastes so good! The chashu pork inside the ramen was also soft and delicious. Thank you for providing us with delicious food!
