Perhaps, but there is no local ramen called Biwako Ramen, and this restaurant didn't seem to be trying to show the locality other than the name of the restaurant. However, I thought it was a fast and cheap ramen that the shop calls itself. The tonkotsu soy sauce topped with char siu is visually similar to what I saw when I was on a business trip to Kobe. It's not a meal ticket or tablet order, but an oral order system by calling a clerk.
I happened to be driving by and found a ramen shop that I had never seen before, so I decided to go for it. The sign in front of the restaurant said that the ramen was 490 yen including tax, so to be honest, I didn't have high expectations because I thought the ramen would be on the same level as Suga○○, but I was disappointed. 627 yen for Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Special Size including tax? And dried sardines pork bones? I ordered 490 yen, but it was authentic ramen with back fat, menma, boiled egg, chashu, and green onions. Also, I wrote that the size of the tokumori is about 1.5 times larger and the amount of noodles is twice as much, but I wonder if it's about 3 times as large? That was the volume lol I tasted both, and I personally found them to be delicious, not just good enough, but I wouldn't be surprised if they cost 700-800 yen! Is it okay for business to be able to produce authentic taste that seems to have a high cost rate at this price? That's what I thought. Please feel free to contact us again!
