I went to Ramen Shiosai♪ Orders are made by reading the QR code on your smartphone. I ordered miso butter ramen for 860 yen. The miso soup is flavorful and slightly sweet. It is fragrant, rich, and has a deep flavor. I end up drinking it. The noodles are also delicious 😋 The thick noodles are perfect 👌 As you can see, the soup is delicious after eating it✨ The store is also clean. I've been going here often for a while now. This is my favorite ramen shop♪

I visited you after 11:30 on a weekday. 2 people already at the counter. There are two groups of customers at the table. I ordered the signature Shiosai Soba and Mentaiko Shirasu bowl set. Soon after, both dishes arrived (I'm so thankful for this)😊 Is Shiosai Soba made from fishmeal? It was on top, so I ate it while dissolving it in the soup. The flavor of the seafood fills your mouth, and it's so delicious that you almost gulp down the soup first. It seems that the noodles have been changed to thin noodles. I regret that I couldn't compare it with the previous noodles.The mentaiko and shirasu rice bowl was not the sloppy one that tends to be in the set, but it was a serious dish with plump mentaiko and shirasu covering the rice. The staff are very responsive and it's a pleasant shop. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
