This is a ramen chain store located along National Route 8 in Nagahama City (ΦωΦ).It is open 24 hours a day and is also popular with many customers every day. I think about 20 cars can be parked in the parking lot in front of the store. The bowl arrived quite late, probably because it was crowded. The soup is unmistakably Yamaoka-style. A wall of oil is blocking the pork soup base soup (ΦωΦ) The noodles are as thick as udon noodles. It doesn't get in the way, probably because it's cut short. And the seasoned gray green onions are wonderful. After all, I feel like it's not enough without this gray green onion. (ΦωΦ) Another suggestion I would like to make is that although it is okay to bring your own water, I would like to at least place a water bottle or something at the table. There are many things I want to say, but before this Nagahama store was opened, I used to go to Ogaki City in Gifu Prefecture to eat there. I had soy sauce ramen. I like rich flavors, but this was a very satisfying drink. The pork bone-based soy sauce ramen is rich and I would like to go back to eat it again. Please open stores in Kusatsu, Otsu, and Moriyama. I'll be waiting. At 8:30 on November 3, 2023, I ate the morning ramen salted pork bone (I think) in the photo. The lightness of the soup was just right, and it really satisfied my sluggish stomach. The amount of soup was large and I was able to thoroughly enjoy it. At 14:00 on the same day, I ate a Baliton ramen fried chicken set meal at Bari Bali Johnny Ryuo branch. I took the fried chicken home in a ziplock bag. First experience with ladder noodles. It was a very satisfying and fun experience. It takes about 30 minutes from here to the Sekigahara Battlefield. There is a map that clearly shows the locations of military commanders.

The morning ramen's second serving is thin noodles, so it comes immediately after ordering. By the way, I felt the hardness of the replacement ball was one more hard. By the way, the morning ramen is as cheap as 510 yen for a normal serving. It was a delicious, affordable and casual place to eat. Another good thing is the atmosphere of the staff. There were several young part-timers, and the customer service was a little naive, but at the entrance of the kitchen, a person who seemed to be the store manager was politely teaching the young staff how to work. In that sense, the atmosphere was very good.
