More Comments at Google MapThis is a tsukemen specialty store located behind Coco's on Hikone Bell Road (*`・ω・)ゞ It is originally the site of the Jujibunya Hikone store. There is a large enough parking lot in front of the store, so you don't have to worry about parking (゚∀゚*) Inside the store, there are 8 counter seats and 4 table seats. If the restaurant is full, you can just register and wait in your car.If you scan the QR code, you will be notified by email when it is your turn. What about people who don't have cell phones? There are three types of tsukemen to order: ``Japanese'', ``Western'', and ``Spicy''. This time, Achiki ordered ``Japanese'' and his companion ordered ``Western''. The amount of noodles is medium size (300g). The serving time is slow considering the tsukemen. Well, it's the fate of tsukemen that it takes a long time to boil. The dipping sauce contains grilled stones and is served piping hot. (ФωФ) ``Japanese'' has a strong flavor with the richness of seafood and pork bones. Yuzu peel is included in the attachment. On the other hand, ``Western'' is like a rich bouillabaisse with a shrimp flavor. ``Western'' came with a piece of bread. In common, the noodles have a wonderful wheat flavor and are very delicious. My companion raved about how he could eat just the noodles. When you finish eating, you can choose between ``Soup Wari'' or ``Rice Dive'', which is the promise of tsukemen. This time, I ordered fried chicken, and it was pretty average, but it was nice that they provided salt for fried chicken (ФωФ) Ah, I don't eat tsukemen very often, but it was so delicious that I wanted to come back again. ヽ(*´∀`)ノ♪ Thank you for the meal (。-人-。)
I came here for the first time after hearing rumors. This is a type of restaurant that is unusual among tsukemen and ramen restaurants these days, where the staff takes your order instead of buying tickets from a ticket vending machine. As expected from a restaurant specializing in tsukemen, the noodles and soup stock are carefully selected. I ordered a large bowl of Japanese Tsukemen. If you follow the SNS posted on the wall of the shop, you can receive a large serving or a flavored egg topping! The rich seafood-based soup blended well with the carefully selected thick noodles, and it was still refreshing, giving it a very satisfying taste. It was delicious! I've been to a lot of tsukemen shops, but this was the first time I've ever seen two roasted stones placed in the soup bowl to prevent the soup from getting cold. Thanks to this, the soup stock didn't get cold and I was able to enjoy it until the end! When you finish eating the noodles, you can order rice or soup (both are free). This time, I had the soup and drank it till the end. I would definitely like to visit again when I'm in the area.
I had both Japanese and Western tsukemen, but I preferred the Western one. The Japanese version is like a slightly sweet pork bone soup. The image is mackerel stew in miso. Western food has no taste and is easy to eat. When I went to the Western restaurant, the soup was mostly seafood, but it was so mellow and delicious that I could drink it all.
