I had the chashu miso ramen with egg and seaweed topping. The soup was rich but mellow, and it wasn't salty at all, so even after I finished eating, I kept having to drink soup and drink water to reset the soup. The eggs and chashu weren't too overpowering, and everything was well-prepared and delicious. The customer service from the staff was also good. Next time I come back, I would like to try the wood ear mushroom topping. P.S.: Later, I ate the pork ear mushroom boiled egg topping with char siu soy sauce and it was delicious.
