Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Uedaya

One of my favorite ramen shops in Kofu. 上田 has many different varieties and side dishes to choose from, all are delicious. The shop is very cozy and has great service. It's very popular so if you go at busy times you might have to wait outside.

A cozy intimate setting with excellent service and the food was extraordinary! We ordered the house Raman and a braised pork they were both delicious.
