More Comments at Google MapOf all of the restaurants I frequent, this has to be my favorite ラーメン屋. Haneda is a staple for the blue-collared ramen clientele, but piqued my interest further with the complexity of their broths. After seeing that the store was closed down, I was distraught. We all had that rough year(2020), but restaurants were hit hard. Seeing this place closed, I wasn't eating ramen as much. Having resumed business, I can tell there are new faces. I was quite pleased with my visit. I understand the complaints on consistency. I hope that with time, Haneda will be seen as the staple of consistent ramen once again. I will gladly continue visiting, supporting what I consider some of the best of high quality ramen.
Hanedaya-san after a long time I entered the store a few minutes before closing at 9pm (lol) I'm glad it was empty. There were two female clerks. The other day it was during the day, so the shopkeeper was very cheerful. Well, if it's a family line, it's been around for a long time and is stable. The authentic Iekei is usually rich in flavor and rich in pork bones, but the one here is okay and easy to eat. It was delicious (lol)
It has a delicious aftertaste and is different from the cloudy, creamy ramen that claims to be called Iekei Ramen. This is real home-style ramen! However, there are variations and the noodles may be salty or raw.
