What a fun and tasty experience! I love good ramen but, for me, this was a surprising twist. The noodles are cool and served in a bowl separate from the liquid. The broth was more like a gravy! It was rich and thick so the buckwheat noodles really became drenched in the delicious flavor. There was a line to get in which seems to be standard here. As a bonus, the atmosphere is quite quiet and there’s 50’s music playing in the background! Think of a combination between Happy Days and Dirty Dancing. Highly recommend!

During times when the restaurant is expected to be crowded, it is best to make a reservation as you can reserve a seat by registering as a friend on Line. Even on the day of the event, if there are seats available, you may be asked to wait for a while before being shown around. The noodles have a wheat aroma, a smooth surface, and a chewy texture that goes down easily in your throat. The dipping sauce is rich in fishmeal, but it has a good flavor, with a good balance of saltiness, sweetness, and bitterness, and has a deep flavor that you won't get tired of even after eating it. I ordered a half serving of Togen topping, but it was so delicious that I had to close my eyes and taste it. At the end, I drank the dipping sauce with the soup and was very satisfied.
