Since I've been eating Tanrei-style ramen in Kanagawa, I went around looking for delicious Tanrei-style ramen restaurants in Yamanashi, and finally came across Mr. Akiyama. I usually go about 10 minutes before the store opens at 11am on weekdays, and it's just the last minute to get a seat. Dried sardines soba 850 yen The straight thin noodles are hard and the soup is not cloudy and is dried with sardines, which I don't like. Both the rare char siu and the charcoal grilled rose char siu were delicious.

It's no exaggeration to say that when you talk about light ramen in Yamanashi, your name always comes up. I usually eat dried sardines, but on this day I had Chinese noodles.
