It's a traditional ramen with a taste that doesn't change. Recently, the soup is dried sardines! seafood! Or claiming, char siu! There are more and more Chinese noodles claiming that, but this is different. Good old Chinese soba! That's what it feels like. Slightly firm curly noodles in a soup with a light dried sardine flavor. The ingredients are shinachiku, natto, seaweed, green onions, and char siu. You can feel the unity as ramen without claiming any ingredients. It's a nostalgic ramen that makes you say, "This is it!" when you see it, drink the soup, or slurp the noodles.

Of course the ramen and gyoza are delicious. I highly recommend it.
