Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Andotei

2023.10.1 When I went for a drive to Yamanashi I stopped by. Inside the store, there were quite a few people eating ni and ramen with beer in hand. I think this restaurant is popular with locals. The ramen and chashu bowl arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. There were many other customers, so I felt they were efficient. The ramen has just the right amount of salt. It's like plain Wakayama ramen, easy to eat and very delicious! The char siu rice bowl was delicious and went well with the rice. The staff were cheerful and efficient, and it was a very comfortable ramen shop. I would like to visit again if I am in the area again.

I wanted to eat Chinese noodles at Andotei on Sunday, so I visited there✨ It was 13:00, but after a short wait, I was guided to a tatami room. I ordered a set of Chinese soba noodles, a half-char siu bowl with a small side, and gyoza✨ The piping hot soup is still delicious and satisfying. I almost drank all the soup (lol) Thank you for the meal. I'd like to go out for a drink at night, but it closes at 7:30pm, so I can't have a leisurely drink, which is a shame (lol) Previously↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ I went there because I wanted to eat tsukemen. Since it was Saturday, I ordered ``1.5x noodles'', which is similar to tsukemen, and topped it with boiled egg. It was a stable soup with plenty of pork fillet. I ordered a set of Chinese soba special and char siu rice bowl. It was so delicious that I wish I could go there more often if it was a little closer.
