More Comments at Google MapI know this because I left Yamanashi and ate at Tokyo's Tabelog 100 restaurants. What is the best ramen shop in Japan? I think it's here. Recommended Toppings include grilled pork belly ramen (soy sauce), and add extra toppings. I still go to Tonkabi to eat this every time I go home. A fragrant soup with a hint of burnt soy sauce, stir-fried bean sprouts and spinach, and a hearty braised pork belly. Half-boiled flavored balls. Already the best, Obuza is the best. When I make Kaedama, the noodles are thin and go well with the soup and are delicious, so I make Kaedama 2 to 4 times every time. Then I drank the soup and said yes. Finished meal. I end up eating until I'm 120% full every time. That's how good it is. Also, it's hard to find the same type of ramen. I think it has a unique taste. The kakuni is better than the noodle shop Musashi in Tokyo. I will continue to stop by when I return to Yamanashi.
The soup was sweet and delicious. It is a little difficult to scoop the soup with the lotus root because the bowl is deep. The hoimi slime in the toilet and the music of Dragon Quest in the store are impressive.
The char siu was not thick and had a good scent of charcoal fire, and the vegetables were crispy bean sprouts. The noodles were thick and a little hard. There is back fat, you can choose soy sauce or miso for the taste, and you can choose to have garlic or not. It was a shop that I would like to come again.
