Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Shoshi-kantetsu

I went on a weekday in Yamanashi just before 12:00 on a girls' trip. Luckily I entered the store without waiting. I was told that there was only a counter in the store, so I would be seated far apart, but there was just enough space and three people were able to sit side by side. The counter is freshly set up, so you can eat in peace by yourself. I also appreciated that tissues were provided at each seat. I simply ordered miso ramen. Delicious with strong seasoning. There's plenty of ginger on top, so at first you can enjoy the soup and noodles without breaking the ginger. After I ate about half of it, I mixed it with ginger. The taste has changed and it's delicious again. The store is clean and the parking lot is spacious. satisfaction. By the time I left the store, there were 7.8 people lined up outside, so I was even more lucky to get in at the right time.

This was my second visit to the store, having been there when it first opened. Previously, I had the impression that the flavor of Japanese pepper was strong. There was quite a line around 11:30. However, I was seated within about 20 minutes. The first thing I thought was how clean it felt. The staff was also efficient and made me feel comfortable. I ordered a regular serving of miso ramen. It has ginger on it. The soup is so rich! I wonder if it also contains sake lees? It also has a creamy feel to it. This time, the Japanese pepper was pleasant with just a slight aftertaste. The noodles weren't that thick, but they were well-balanced with the soup and delicious.After that, there were bean sprouts that seemed to have been stir-fried over high heat. I like this kind of bean sprouts ♡ The chashu pork was soft but not oily at all and was delicious! I ended up drinking most of the soup even though I thought it was bad 🥹 Very satisfied 💙

There is a ticket machine in front of the parking lot shop. I visited Mr. Saifuji on Friday, I had a partition only at the counter, and I got dried sardines soba, it's delicious! The soup is full of seafood scent, and the straight noodles are entwined with the refreshing taste without harshness. I also like the hardness and texture of the char siu, and the whole is organized. Yamanashi Prefecture is formidable! ? Repeat confirmed! Energetic capacity is also good! Thank you for the meal.
