We arrived at 11:00 when the store opened, but there were already about 10 people in line. Purchase a meal ticket and take a seat at the counter. This time I chose special oil noodles + char siu (broiled rose). I enjoyed two types of chashu: thigh and rose. The aburamen was rich and went well with the thick noodles and was delicious. It comes with a side meal (60g) and is good value for money! It's a store you'll want to visit again.

I stopped by because I heard that the prices and menu have been updated starting in May. Came to the store after 11 o'clock on a weekday. Three customers. Many customers later. It's pretty popular since it just opened on a weekday. I had the Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen, which is the one on the top left of the ticket machine, which seems to be the most recommended dish, with chashu topping. It's pork bone soy sauce ramen, so you can imagine the taste of Iekei ramen. It's not a creamy soup like Daikokuya, but a salty and delicious soup that goes perfectly with rice (I like creamy, but salty is my preference). When making chashu noodles, there are three types of meat toppings, and the grilled pork belly is soft and goes well with the rice. The tabletop items are also more extensive than before, including garlic, bean sauce, and vinegar, which you can customize to your own. Adding garlic to the rich, salty and delicious soup, then wrapping the tender, grilled pork belly in crispy seaweed...it's the best. After all, Iekei is the best to accompany rice. I'm curious about the other menu items so I'll be eating there again. I support you. good luck! *I also took an oil bath and ate oil noodles. The oil bath has a large amount of bean sprouts, a large amount of thick noodles, and a large roasted pork chashu, which is reminiscent of the Jiro style. The sweetness of the oil seems to be stronger than the saltiness of the soy sauce. Mild and easy to eat. Like me, you like salty and delicious food! For those who like this, we recommend customizing your ramen as there is ramen oil on the table. Of course, there's garlic on the table, so let's get some more. The aburamen is also satisfying with just the right amount of bean sprouts and a large amount of thick noodles. The sauce on the aburamen also has a sweet flavor, making it easy to eat. I enjoy adding garlic and bean sauce to give it a junky taste, and I enjoy it with vinegar containing shiitake mushrooms for a refreshing taste. The thick roasted chashu pork is soft and delicious, but the chopped onions do a good job and give it a nice texture. Aburamen is served with a small amount of white rice called ``oimeshi.'' After eating the noodles, add white rice to the bowl and mix with the leftover sauce and egg yolk to get your fill. I ate a variety of things, and they were all served piping hot, which shows the careful work of the owner. *I tried the limited edition ramen “Tsubame Sanjo Ramen” that started on December 3rd. Is this the only place in Yamanashi Prefecture? This is a rare Tsubame-Sanjo style ramen where you can choose the amount of oil. I chose ``fat medium'' from large, medium, and small. The thick and chewy noodles, the salty soy sauce, the large amount of sweet back fat, and the dried sardines in the soup are irresistible. The back fat is impressive, but it's not sticky, so it's also recommended for women! The chashu is a little thin, but the flavor is strong and delicious. The extra-thick menma also tastes delicious. And of course, the chopped onions add texture and refreshing taste. There is a small amount of yuzu on it, so I had it removed. If you don't like yuzu, you can leave it out if you ask. It was delicious. I support you!

I visited Tsukata for the first time this year to have an oil bath (Jiro Inspire) ✨ Roasted pork topping with Kokichi in Gacha The noodles are thick and chewy. The vegetables were hearty and delicious (lol) They also provide small pieces of garlic in small plates, so you can use them whenever you want (lol) It seems to have become a popular store where people line up on Sundays ✨ I'm very happy because it's my favorite shop. I go on weekdays when I can eat without lining up. Thank you for the meal✨ Previously↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ I saw on Instagram that they were open on New Year's Eve, so I visited. I entered the store after waiting in a line of about 8 people for about 15 minutes. There was a pop-up prompting people to buy their meal tickets first, but it wasn't very noticeable. Order Chinese noodles with plenty of back fat from Tsubame Sanjo and stable pork bone soy sauce Since the rice was cooked, I added more rice (lol) Too bad I don't know that you can make a half-char mayo bowl (lol) Thank you for your delicious meal. Previously↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ I came here because I was curious about the menu and price revisions, and because their Instagram was going up better than before. At night, we have Tanmen and during the day, we have a greedy version of thin noodles that are a replacement for the pork bone heavy medium thick noodles that were posted on Instagram (lol). Both were delicious There were a lot of tanmen orders at night. I was shaking the pot in the kitchen the whole time. Tonkotsu Heavy is super luxurious as you can taste two types of noodles (lol) I think I want to eat oil noodles next time (lol) Thank you for the meal. Previously↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ Tsukata's original menu includes heavy, light, and pork bone soy sauce. The tonkotsu soy sauce was truly a home-style ramen. You could choose the hardness of the noodles, the intensity of the flavor, and the amount of fat. Also, although it is not on the table, you can receive garlic and pickled ginger. If it's around Kofu, wouldn't it be the closest to the authentic taste? It makes me think. Apparently they also serve tanmen and sura tanmen at night (lol) By the way, I went to eat Heavy for consecutive meals. It was a soup with thin noodles and a very thick texture, and one extra serving was free🆓 (lol) I will post a photo so please use it as a reference (lol) I felt like this restaurant could use more food (lol)
