A ramen restaurant that uses dried sardines and is very easy to eat. I ordered dried sardines Chinese noodles. I've never been good at niboshi soba, but the soba at this restaurant was delicious and I ate it all, including the soup. If you add vinegar (?) containing dried sardines that is available at the counter, the taste will change and it will be delicious. The chashu is thin and large. It has a ham-like texture.
