First visit in a while (lol) First, I ordered two servings of gyoza, tsukemono and offal stew, then draft beer and iced oolong tea. Mom asked me if I would like to serve beer after the dumplings are made. I remember that there aren't many shops that take this kind of care these days (lol) It's so warm! I will answer immediately and wait while drinking. Motsuni arrived along with the first glass of draft beer! Delicious as always. I had my second draft beer while waiting for my gyoza. Now that I think about it, I remembered pickles (rice bran pickles) and when I asked about it, it seemed like it didn't come out very often, so it might be old pickles, so they didn't want to put it out. Still, I can't start here without some pickles, so I asked them to give me some and this is how many items they have (lol) It's quite a lineup. Soon after, I ordered char siu hiyashi chuka. Ordered 2 additional servings of gyoza and stir-fried bean sprouts. Apparently, there's chashu in the stir-fried bean sprouts, which is also delicious. After the draft beer, I had three glasses of Koshu grape 🍇 sake (white) (lol) I'll be going again soon. On the way home, my mom remembered that we used to go there a long time ago (T_T), so I was happy.

The night business closes earlier than the posted time.I visited before 18:30, but the noren was closed and the lights were on again and again, so I called out to them, looked at their faces, and asked them to let me in. I did. Of course, the noodles and dumplings were delicious. Due to the age of the proprietress and the number of people who can work inside, there are days when the restaurant closes before 6:30 pm. Thin curly noodles in light soy sauce soup. Traditional Chinese soba. Nostalgic and gentle taste. Ramen ¥600~. Pictured is pork menma ramen ¥900 and ramen + gyoza ¥1050. The dumplings are small fried and grilled and have a crunchy texture. Although the restaurant is located in the deserted Yumura Onsen area, it is bustling with locals.
