Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Kurumaya Ramen Kofu Sumiyoshi

It was a delicious miso ramen. I ate miso butter ramen topped with a seasoned egg. The miso flavor was strong, but not too strong and I enjoyed it till the end. The female staff were also very nice considering it's a chain store.

2023.05.28 I stopped by on my way back from SSTR. About 30 years ago, I lived nearby and used to come here often with my family. I was feeling pretty tired that day, so I remembered the ``Stamina Ramen'' I used to eat a lot and stopped by. It's as delicious as ever! The rice was served at the service. I feel sleepy when I eat. Many people say this, but when you replenish your energy, your stamina returns and you wake up! (This is my personal opinion ♪(*^^*)) After this, I crossed Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka and returned home~♪(^_^)v

It is a stable car and ramen. We recommend eating miso ramen here. There is no char siu and the cost performance is slightly bad, but the soup is delicious. The flavor is strong and I don't feel the soup stock, but it's delicious anyway. The noodles are thick and chewy.
