A mix of soba and ramen, delicious. ¥720 regular price and ¥160 for special toppings

This place blew me away. I’ve been told there are many other locations of this shop in Tokyo as well, but I ate at the Kofu location, just down from the station. Soba noodles with toppings in a bowl, that you mix after a few squirts of vinegar depending on your bowl size. The flavor is insane, one of the best bowls of noodles I’ve had in a while. Will absolutely be going back to the Tokyo locations. The spicy option packs a respectable kick, and many toppings are available for customization. Only downside would be that the meal is pretty heavy and you’ll definitely fee it in your stomach, but if you can live with that, the taste is incredible.

Amazing abura soba! One of my best food in japan. Staff are nice and fast, it's not expensive and double size is free!
