Went there for dinner. The staff was very friendly and the food was served fairly quickly. The gyoza has chewy skin and a hint of garlic, making it very filling. I ordered miso chashu noodles. The bowl was hot because the char siu was served and then grilled, but the fragrant and appetizing char siu was exquisite. It's melt-in-your-mouth soft. The soup is miso-like, in a good way. It's not the usual ``rich miso with lots of garlic and fat.'' A slightly salty taste with a strong miso flavor. The noodles are medium-thick and chewy. It has plenty of bean sprouts and minced meat, making it very filling. I definitely recommend the fried rice. My companion is a person who is particular about fried rice, and he says, ``The key is that it has chopped Naruto in it!'' This is fried rice.'' ``In my Yamanashi fried rice ranking, it's in the top 5'' (lol) I shared it and tasted it, but it was just right, and it was really delicious with a rich flavor that I could eat until the end without getting tired of it. It seems like most restaurants that have delicious fried rice also have delicious fried rice (lol). The store is on the second floor with stairs, so it might be difficult for people in wheelchairs.

I ordered the noodles to be firm, but they were very chewy and didn't become fluffy until the end. The soup is not too thick and I could drink it all up, and I met a delicious soup after a long time. I thought it was really cool to see the shopkeeper's hard work. This is a store that everyone should know about. I will drop by again. It was a feast.

There are many types of alcohol, and the host's personality will heal you in a cozy atmosphere. The main ramen was particularly miso-based. The first bite of the soup was of course delicious, and the sweetness at the end made me feel nostalgic.
