Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜麺屋 湊

Had the Niboshi Ramen. Not too salty, not too mild, but full of flavor. Adding some heat to it really elevated it even more. Delicious.

The soup tasted very good. However, the noodles were disappointing. The soup stock here is thick, firm, and delicious.

The seats are pretty crowded during lunch time. It's rare that you can eat kelp water tsukemen around here.
