Wakayama, Japan｜Nakasho Ramen

Even though it is made from tonkotsu, it is rare to come across a soup with a refreshing aftertaste that has been so carefully treated with fat. The noodles were also delicious and the whole thing was in harmony. I don't like greasy ramen because my stomach is not very strong, but I was able to eat this ramen without any problems. The char siu was also delicious, so next time it may be good to have a lot of char siu. I want to go again.

Be careful not to park in front of the store next door! ■ Entering the store / desk ・Because it is a meal ticket system, purchase a ticket as soon as you enter the store. The cold cup is next to the ticket machine and you can take it yourself. ・There are 2 types of counters and tables in the store. The table is compact with 2 seats for 2 people, so group members should sit separately. ・The lineup on the table is limited to only a cold pitcher, disposable chopsticks, and pepper. ■ Chakudon ・The rice bowl arrives in 7-8 minutes. speed feels good ・This time, I chose spicy ramen (normal) and a large serving of char siu rice bowl. ・The spicy ramen is rich and the soup progresses. Since it contains chili pepper, it may be a little spicy at the end if it collects at the bottom. ・The char siu rice bowl has a good taste with the sauce on the rice! There are other people's reviews, but unlike the ramen char siu, the rice bowl char siu was a little dry. ・The attendant's ramen (average) also received soup. It's Wakayama ramen's pork bone soup, it was quite thick! Delicious! ■ General comment ・The store is a little small, but the ramen is of high quality, both normal and spicy!

Unlike other restaurants, there is no sushi or green onion large serving, but it seems to be an orthodox Wakayama ramen. The price is also reasonable at 750 yen. The char siu bowl is also popular, and although the char siu in the ramen is thin, it is delicious! Noodles are slightly thin straight noodles. The soup is not muddy but rich pork bone soup. Less odor. It was so delicious that I drank it all.
