Wakayama, Japan｜Maruki Ramen

○ Mr. Ki is located in Shin-Wakaura, a little far from Wakayama city, and the business hours are from 17:00, so this time I was able to visit the store at the right time! The menu at this restaurant consists of three simple dishes: chuka soba, mackerel sushi, and boiled egg. It's a simple soy sauce-based chuka soba of the Shakomae style, and although it looks thick, the soup is surprisingly light and has a deep flavor. The char siu noodles are topped with 8 slices of thick and chewy pork loin. It's the effect!! ️ I ate the excellent char siu noodles in no time, but I didn't know the price, so I went to the checkout! A piece of mackerel sushi and char siu noodles cost 1050 yen! In other words, mackerel sushi is 120 yen per piece, so the price of char siu noodles was 930 yen! ️ When you come to Wakayama, it is a hidden famous restaurant that everyone who likes Wakayama ramen should definitely try.

I wanted to eat Wakayama ramen and asked. It's open on Sundays and has a parking lot, so it's convenient. Ramen is not as thick as it looks, but it is light.

This is a standard Shakomae-style Wakayama ramen. It is only open from 17:00 (no lunch business).
