I heard it for the first time yesterday! I chose the black tonkotsu. Is the black one ma oil? I thought, but is it black sesame? (Sorry if wrong) It was so smooth and really delicious! There is grated ginger with a strange taste, and it is the first time I have grated ginger in ramen. It's similar to the feeling of putting red ginger in it. The owner was also a very nice person! Both the ramen and the owner are mellow! It is a recommended ramen shop that I want to repeat again! I want to try different menus, and I want to go again soon! ! ! lol Thank you for the meal!

As a family, we ate red tonkotsu (3 spicy) with more char siu, black tonkotsu, white tonkotsu, and egg over rice! The thin noodles were really delicious 👍 In the second half, the taste changed with shichimi and ginger, which is also delicious! White tonkotsu is delicious twice with 2 cups of ginger and 1 cup of shichimi recommended by the stable shopkeeper on the way. Tonkotsu Ramen in Wakayama!
