Wakayama business trip after a long absence. First visit to the Barima Wakayama Shinhorikawa store, which has a reputation for its rich soup. I usually order the standard menu when I visit for the first time, but this time I decided to order the rich ¥869. The orthodox toppings are Shinachiku, char siu, and naruto (kamaboko?) small green onions. Char siu is delicious. The noodles are Chinese noodles that are boiled a little hard, but they are very delicious with a rich soup like the soy sauce version of Tenkaippin! I like it! If I have the next opportunity, I would definitely like to try the ramen at the time of its founding.
