It's more like Chinese noodles than Wakayama ramen, and the char siu is nice and warm. It has a traditional pork loin feel with little or almost no fat. It's a nostalgic Chinese soba that makes you want to eat it.

Personally, this is the best Chinese soba in Wakayama. A light soy sauce that packs a punch.
