This is a recommended restaurant for meat soba. The thick, wire-like noodles go well with the rich soup. The pork has a lot of flavor and goes well with the soup. It takes a little while to be served, and there are two parking spaces. Other than that, there is coin parking, but even if you get a service ticket, you have to pay 100 yen. However, the ramen here made me suddenly want to eat it.

Oni soba with meat and noodles, egg and garlic I was lucky that my car was parked just as I was there. It might be a good idea to be prepared for it to take a little longer than a regular ramen shop, probably because they make it with care. The soup is punchy and delicious.

I went to Maruken for the first time in a while for lunch with my wife! I also like Mazesoba, but personally, Maruken's No. 1 is Oni no Meat Soba! Even if you are new to the custom, it is easy to understand because the custom is pasted on the table and placed inside! Arrived before 11:00, 1 person waiting! You can enter the store immediately. However, since the noodles are very thick, it takes a long time to serve (about 30 minutes depending on the timing and situation), so be careful when you don't have time! I've been there a few times and I understand, so I don't mind, but it was about 30 minutes today too! It's delicious as ever! The soup has a punch, but the soy sauce is not spicy, and you can drink it surprisingly lightly! Excellent compatibility with garlic! I recommend adding more garlic on holidays that you don't care about! The extra-thick noodles are perfectly boiled and really filling! The rib meat is also delicious! There are peppers for meat soba, but I also recommend chili peppers to change the taste! It suits me personally! I didn't ask for rice this time, and halfway through, I really wanted my wife's white rice, so lol.It goes well with rice, doesn't it? "I received a lot this time too!" I think that each person has a different way of thinking and feeling, but I like Maruken! It's simply delicious! There is no doubt about it!
