The shop's website says, "Soup made with 15 kinds of natural ingredients, Yuasa's soy sauce, Hinai-jidori chicken, Guérande salt, etc." It is delicious with a gentle seasoning made from pork bones, chicken, and seafood soup stock and soy sauce. A regular customer who was sitting next to me told me that I should add the provided soy sauce and adjust it to my liking. If you try it, the taste will change. Wakayama ramen shops are gathered around Wakayama Station, so it's easy to walk!

I went to the Wakayama Kintetsu branch of Kiyono-san, who has been ranked number one in the Tabelog ramen category in the past.
