More Comments at Google MapMy personal favourite ramen shop in Japan. One of the best I have eaten. But I dont recommend tourist to come, since the seats are limited, and I want to enjoy it myself hahaha
Recommended for Jiro fans who are greedy for delicious food, are prepared to have meat around their stomachs, are rich, hearty, and value value. It is not recommended for people who only eat light meals, eat small meals, eat slowly, question local rules, are afraid of customers, are germaphobic, or have claustrophobia.
The menu has changed and you can only choose the rich Triton with salt or soy sauce. The char siu was also changed to fatty meat + belly meat. (Sometimes it's different) The amount is still large. 100 You can get a large portion for an extra yen, but not for first-timers. Not only noodles, but also more chashu. Please consult with the owner as they may be able to accommodate requests such as a smaller amount of chashu. The amount of noodles is not that much, but there is a lot of chashu, so for 900 yen to 1000 yen, I think this is enough for the average person. The cost performance is the best. There are only 5 seats in the store, so you'll have to line up. In the summer of 2022, the interior of the store was renovated and the air conditioning and ventilation were reviewed, making the seats more comfortable.
