Unique atmosphere

I had the Showa period chin soup ramen. The thin, homemade noodles were perfectly cooked, neither hard nor soft. The soup has plenty of flying fish soup stock. If it had been a little less salty, I would have drank it all without hesitation. The seafood and fried rice for lunch were simple and didn't contain any raw ingredients. It's a good value at 180 yen, but I think it would have been better to order another rice dish. The store is small, with 8 people on each side and 2 counters with 2 people. The system was that once you bought a meal ticket, you handed it to the kitchen and received a number tag. There were many creative menu items, and they all looked delicious. It's always full of customers, so you may have to wait a long time, but I'd definitely like to try other menu items.

I stopped by on the way home from clam hunting with my family. I was aiming for a different restaurant, but my kid said he wanted to eat ramen, so I happened to enter the restaurant and it turned out to be a Hyakumei restaurant! I thought the prices were high, but the owner's professionalism and commitment were evident throughout, and the food was delicious, so once I finished eating, I realized the price was cheap. I would like to go again next time, but they are only open for lunch three days a week, so I wonder if I can go? Thank you for the meal. It was a memorable drink. I will go if I have a chance.
