I stopped by on the way back from an expedition to Tokoname. The store has a slightly new atmosphere. The inside was narrow and there were only about 8 counter seats. Water and seasoning are self-serve, but additional water can be poured from the pot at hand. The types of ramen are Chinese soba, seafood soy sauce soy sauce, salt ramen, oil soba, and tsukemen (only at night), and each has a topping version. This time I chose salt ramen (Ajitama Plus). If it was a normal salt ramen, I probably wouldn't order it, but apparently it was a combination of salt and seafood, so I chose this one. Whole grain type noodles that go down your throat in a very beautiful soup. Is it like a medium-thin straight? Low-temperature processed rare char siu topped with bamboo shoots, green onions and shredded purple onions. I love the combination of salt ramen and purple onion, and it was fragrant and had a nice texture and was very delicious. Compared to regular salt ramen, you can feel the richness of the seafood flavor, but it doesn't smell fishy. The amount of salt is just right. I ended up eating all the soup. If there is a drawback, it is only the counter, so the kitchen is close and it is quite hot in the summer. But that is also the real pleasure. I think it's also good that the kitchen is so clean that you don't feel uncomfortable even if you see it.

My first visit to the store, I received a large serving of seafood soy sauce soba with flavored eggs, 4 slices of rare char siu as toppings 🍜, and a char siu bowl 🍚 😀 I didn't know there was such a delicious restaurant nearby 😊 Next time I would like to go eat Chinese noodles or salt ramen 💁🏻‍♂️

Be sure to visit if you like mazesoba and aburasoba. Personally, this is one of the top 3 most delicious dishes I've ever eaten. The parking lot can park about 5 cars in front of the store, but it is crowded during business hours, day and night, even on weekdays. There are no good parking lots nearby, so I think it's completely up to chance. For the ramen in question, I've been to the store twice, and both times I ordered mazesoba. The mazesoba is so delicious that you don't even feel like ordering anything else on the menu. There were a lot of orders for Mazesoba both times, so I think it's popular. Even my girlfriend, who is a small eater, says, ``It's so delicious that a regular serving is not enough.'' If you want to try a lot on this special occasion, I think it's a good idea to try a large serving. Personally, I recommend it because the char siu bowl is highly rated. In one word, the noodles, sauce, char siu, menma, and the sauce on the char siu bowl are all incredibly delicious.
