Both soy sauce and salt are good, but I recommend the miso ramen. Since the thick and large char siu is on top from the beginning, it will be unbearable for char siu lovers. The soup is Hokkaido style scorched miso flavor. Rich and flavorful, it makes you want to drink until the very end. There is also a lunch menu, so it is good to go at noon. It may be closed for a long time during the year-end and New Year holidays and long public holidays, so it is recommended to check in advance before going.

I went there based on word of mouth from my wife's friend. The restaurant doesn't have any decorations, but the taste was great. I had the regular miso ramen. The char siu is big, soft and delicious. The price is also normal.

I visited around 1:20 p.m. I parked in the parking lot in front of the store and entered the store. The counter and table seats have an old-fashioned feel. I ordered a 950 yen lunch of miso ramen, rice, and boiled egg with toppings (choice of egg or corn). The size of the ramen chashu that came out! Extra large chashu that covers half of the bowl. I think it's about 2cm thick. . . The service is perfect, even including chopped pork. The miso is rich with a hint of sweetness and has a slight spiciness. The stir-fried bean sprouts have a sweet and umami flavor. The curly noodles are also delicious. I like the miso ramen. A good amount of rice too. The set of 5 gyoza that my partner ordered was also delicious. It seems that rice can be changed to char siu bowl for 300 yen. You can choose between ramen, soy sauce, and salt, and I'd like to try the soy sauce next time. In addition, the char siu ramen comes in a set of 3 extra-large pieces of char siu, so please make sure to order it at least once. I think I'll bring Tupperware just in case. . .
