Ramen shops have been popping up and raising prices or discontinuing some menus due to poor catches of dried sardines, so I thought I'd like to try the ramen here, so I went there. There was a gravel parking lot directly across from the store. I parked at a place with "Ramen" written on the block. The inside of the store is clean, and there are signs explaining things like food tickets and self-serve water. "Guts dried sardines flavored chashu men" This ramen is piping hot and carefully made by boiling each bowl in a pot and warming the chashu pork and bowl. I was wondering how many cups of crushed dried sardines were added, so the soup was a delight for those who like the rough texture of dried sardines. Char siu that looks like boiled pork with a lot of fat like pork belly. The flavored egg is cold, but it's half-boiled and has a light taste, which makes it stand out in the dried sardine soup. The atmosphere of an old-fashioned shop is also wonderful due to Naruto and the atmosphere inside the shop. I had read word of mouth about the owner, so I went in with some trepidation, but my fears were unfounded. Although they are quiet, there are times when they say, "Welcome," "Thank you," and "Please come again." After raising the bowl, he was once again nervous, but when I asked him some questions, he responded with a smile. The restaurant was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and I was very satisfied with the carefully made ramen.

I can't say that the customer service or friendliness is good at all, but the ramen here is addictive. Guts Niboshi in particular is a type of ramen that people either like or hate, but it is recommended for those who really like Niboshi Ramen. I already visit at least once a month. Please continue to do your best.

I had Guts dried sardines flavored pork chashu noodles. I think people who want to indulge in dried sardines should definitely go. You might think it's nostalgic, but it's a completely new taste. The dried sardines residue that collects at the bottom has a taste of dried sardines, but it also has an acrid taste, so people will either like it or hate it. It might be a good idea to order rice and have it with soup like soft furikake. 2019.2.8 Added I also had Guts dried sardines flavored char siu noodles. I didn't feel any harshness this time, probably because I started removing the guts of the dried sardines properly. You can have it either way, but I found it especially delicious. If I order rice, can I have more? And the service made it a big serving. I'm interested in other menu items, but I've become addicted to Guts Niboshi and even if I want to order something else, I always end up ordering Guts Niboshi...
