Mazesoba seems to be their specialty, but I wanted something a little different and tried salt mazesoba. The noodles themselves and the seasoning were great, but the best part was the cubed chashu. The fatty meat was creamy, and it had a wonderful texture that helped season the mazesoba. After we finished eating the ramen, we had a catch-up meal. I found the shrimp especially delicious here. I don't drink ramen soup, but since it was called Mazesoba, I ended up eating it until the bowl was clean. Thank you for the meal.

I made the limited edition beef tendon mixed soba. When ordering, I didn't know how to order something so limited. I order from a ticket vending machine, but there is actually a small note at the bottom of the poster for the 3 limited editions that says, ``If you buy from a ticket vending machine, please buy limited edition A.'' However, since I'm so hungry that I can only see pictures of food, I can't see the text below. I asked the staff at the restaurant if I wanted to try this, which button should I press, and was told it was limited edition B! I was told this in a refreshing way. I think everyone will be fine, but please be careful if you are also hungry. Also, when handing over the ticket, they will ask if you would like to add garlic to the mazesoba. Of course I will. There was a strong garlic smell after I ate it. If you are on a date, please be careful. So how about the taste? It's delicious. I'm not that passionate about Mazesoba, but I thought it was delicious and ate it all. I'm satisfied. By the way, my husband, who came with me, ordered the limited-edition Tori Paitu-like ramen. He said that it wasn't what he expected, but as I dug deeper into it, it seemed like it was going to be long, so I ended the conversation by saying, ``Hmm, that's a shame.'' Sorry for those who are worried about chicken white steam. There is a considerable time difference between mazesoba and ramen, so be careful here. Mazesoba is much faster. You will have to wait for the ramen person to finish eating. And as for the seat, I sat on the seat. There was a plastic board in the middle of the table, so I couldn't hear the voice of the person sitting across from me because it was drowned out by the background music. Let's give up on conversation. I thought it was just me not being able to hear, but I think it's because my husband couldn't hear me either. Couples should go to the counter seats. In fact, there were only couples sitting at the counter. The tsukemen was delicious, so if you're in the area, please try it!

This restaurant is famous for Mazesoba. Today is Taiwan Ramen.
