The thick soup is small and clings to the extra thick noodles. It's somewhere between tsukemen and ramen. I was shocked when I ate it. The taste of the soup is delicious, and even with the extra vegetables, it doesn't budge. Even if you don't drink the soup, the flavor is strong and the vegetables are absolutely delicious. I would say it's a tamari pork bone soy sauce ramen that is rich but not mushy and has a strong flavor. The noodles are chewier than those at Asakusa Kaikaro. The taste is different from any other ramen I've ever had. And it smells good. It depends on your taste, but this is a ramen that you should try at least once.

This time I ate 500 grams of ramen. The soup is black and looks salty, but when you actually eat it, it's not salty and it's very delicious.

It was delicious. I personally like it strong, but I don't like people who say it tastes too strong, so I don't think it can be too strong. It tastes like a normal Jiro style with red miso without back fat. The noodles were curly and thick, almost like miso stew ramen, but it was surprisingly good! !
