I'm not a big eater though I ordered 300g of noodles and there was plenty of room, so I ordered 500g. I feel like I can go~ When I tasted the soup for the first time It felt really dark, but As I continued to eat, for some reason It felt just right. The chili peppers that were provided were coarse and had a nice texture, so I added a little more to make it even more delicious. A guy came to the store later and when he got the ramen, he asked, ``Can I have some more garlic?'' I'll be sure to ask for more next time if I can do that. Thank you for the meal.

Ramen 500g + more bamboo shoots + more vegetables (with garlic) For a Jiro-style ramen, I thought it was rich but light and easy to eat, and the balance was good. It looks like pork bone soy sauce, but it has a taste similar to burnt soy sauce, and it was a good place to add richness to Toyama's black ramen. Tsukemen 500g + butter + raw egg (with garlic) It was a seafood soup. I didn't really like seafood, but... (At other places, I don't like the rough taste of soup stock) My husband gave me some and I ate it... it's delicious! ! Not too light! Isn't the dashi soup too effective and a popular taste for women? I thought. My husband praised it as a taste that he could eat with 500g. My husband wants to eat a lot, so I increased the amount for me, but if there is no one to eat it, I think 200g is just right for women. Maybe my husband ate a total of 800g ... (laughs) You can increase the amount of noodles up to 500g for free. The flavors are not too limited. Great service from the owner. After a long time, I was impressed with Jiro-style ramen and visited the store again! I thought. It's a little too highly rated, but it seems to be suspicious ...
