I had the bamboo smoked noodle egg rice set. The base is salt ramen, but the scent that passes through the nose is good. Also, it is not a light taste, but a solid seasoning. Everything served was delicious. When you think of ramen, you think of rich pork bones! However, I thought that there is also this world. It was a very nice atmosphere shop where you can feel the commitment to the choice of plates, bowls and chairs.

This is a salt ramen shop. The inside of the store had a nice atmosphere and was decorated to look like a stylish coffee shop. The most important ramen was salt ramen with a strong flavor and almost no oil. It has a very umami and clear taste and is very delicious. The scent of the soup is light, but the bamboo scent from the noodles enhances the aroma without interfering with the clear taste. On the other hand, the meat toppings had a strong flavor and a nice accent, making it a high-quality ramen. If it tastes like this, wouldn't it be possible to use soy sauce? I thought so, but the set came with egg-fried rice, and the soy sauce flavor along with the tsukudani garnish changed the taste and increased the volume. If you like ramen, you should try this ramen at least once. Personally, I think that the bowl not only looks interesting, but also plays a hidden supporting role in making the ramen soup easy to drink.

I ordered the classic bamboo smoked noodles with salt and egg-cooked rice set. The elegant salt soup, the aroma of smoked bamboo that comes through your nose, and the delicious chashu! Thank you for the meal. I will go again!
