Currently, the store name has changed to Ryoku. I ate mazesoba. In Nishio City, there was another elegant taste that was different from the famous Ma ◯ Gin. I like this one better. The bean sprouts were fresh and crunchy, the noodles weren't too thick, the meat was well soaked, and the whole thing was drizzled with the signature soy sauce sauce. I'll come again! !

There are a lot of reviews about the owner's attitude, but personally I had the impression that he doesn't talk to people he's not used to working with, but only talks to people when he gets used to them, so I didn't find his attitude that bad. (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) I think all the ramen served at the shop is exquisite, so please go and try it at least once (￣ー￣)b Good! All the ramen soups are delicious!

I visited on a Sunday after 8pm. It was empty! I ordered Katsu soba. It feels like noodles without soup, but better than without soup. There is juice. The noodles are chewy and delicious! The bean sprouts are fine and crunchy, and Katsu's chashu is absolutely delicious. I'm always satisfied with just noodles and can't order fried rice or gyoza. I want to eat it someday!
