Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Narutoya Osu

Came in right after it opened on a Saturday. There were already three groups of customers. There is a counter and tables inside the store, but it is small. This is not a meal ticket, which is common at ramen shops, but instead you order verbally with the staff. This time I had shio ramen and chashu bowl. The shio ramen was light, but the soup was surprisingly rich, the noodles were thin and slippery, and the toppings were simple (chashu pork and menma), but it was delicious. The char siu rice bowl was delicious, but there was only a small amount of char siu on top, so I felt it was a bit lacking. Customer service was also generally good.

My son and I had lunch at "Narutoya" in Osu. I had Narutoya Ramen, and my son had a large serving of Tsukemen. It was before noon, but the counter was full. The ramen soup can be chosen from salt or soy sauce, so I chose salt without hesitation. The thin noodles were entwined with the refreshing soup, and I was able to enjoy the soup. The egg in the ramen was perfectly soft-boiled, and the char siu was well seasoned, which also went well with the refreshing soup and thin noodles.

A shop located in Osu Kannon in Nagoya. If you go casually, it's really delicious! Even though it's a rich salt ramen, you can eat it lightly and the entanglement with the noodles is outstanding! ! 900 yen including char siu bowl! The cost performance is also good. There's a coin parking lot right in front, so I'll go there again.
