I had a meal for the first time. Normally, I wouldn't go to a ramen shop with this kind of atmosphere, but I ate too much Iekei ramen and entered the store. Since it was my first time, there were things I didn't understand, but the staff's detailed support helped me a lot. Pork bone base with no smell, chicken oil with fragrance, it was the best! Personally, I like char siu with plenty of Umami. I used soy sauce this time, but I would like to try salt and miso next time. And gyoza!

I ate a large bowl of Iekei Chashu Men with soy sauce noodles. I ordered a thick soup, and it was really strong and delicious, and the noodles were just the right length so I could eat each bite. The char siu was relatively tough compared to other restaurants. I was also very happy when I was asked if I wanted to eat the leftover salad from lunch.
