July 2023 I visited a nearby store after 1:30 p.m. It was a perfect restaurant for me as I have recently become addicted to miso ramen. I ordered aged miso ramen and raw white miso ramen. The non-spicy mixed miso soup tastes like an oasis for me who is tired and sweaty! Raw white miso ramen is also simple and delicious. I want to keep drinking soup all the time, the deliciousness that I can keep drinking. Not only the soup, but also the noodles and ingredients were delicious. Moreover, the owner's refreshing personality and customer service were wonderful, and I was able to eat deliciously and comfortably! It is a recommended shop that you want to visit again if you go nearby. Thank you for the meal.

A ramen shop in Minami Ward, Nagoya City, visited for lunch around 11 o'clock on weekdays. I ordered this menu at the ticket vending machine and was guided to the counter seat. ★ Miso champon noodles 900 yen ◎ For weekday lunches, you can get a large serving of noodles or a bowl of rice for free. ○ Don't miss the monthly limited menu There are two parking lots on the north side and the west side of the store, and the store has only counter seats. It was the 4th place right after the store opened, but it seems to be popular with about 5 people waiting outside when it leaves. In April, it was open in the morning, but unfortunately I couldn't go, and in May, this miso champon. I came here with all my heart, not wanting to miss it. For weekday lunches, you can get a large serving of noodles or a bowl of rice for free, so this time I ordered a large serving of noodles. There is no seafood, but I was surprised to find two pieces of quail among the rich ingredients. The umami of these ingredients melts into the mild blended miso, making it very flavorful. Champon noodles are also chewy like the authentic ones, and they are large, so they are full of volume. Considering that if you order a large amount of Champon at another store, the price will be quite high, so this lunch is too good value. By the way, June seems to be Taiwanese miso mazesoba, so if you're interested, check it out. Personally, I was worried about the morning ra in April, but unfortunately there was no plan. This is my favorite ramen shop. Miso ramen is really delicious. It's still delicious even with toppings added. This store only accepts meal tickets, so it's a good idea to look at the menu in advance. Gyoza is only available for takeout, and there is no fried chicken. (Eat-in is available at all Minato stores.) The Minato store is spacious and has a good selection of side menus, but if you're looking to eat ramen with a small group or alone, I think this is the store for you. The rice version is also delicious, so I highly recommend it if you have a lot of room in your stomach. Seating is only at the counter. You may often have to wait outside during busy hours, but I think it's worth it.
