Nishio, Aichi, Japan｜Sugakiya

At the food court in Feel, I often use Kurama Takoyaki and Sugakiya while shopping. Feel itself is relatively empty and quiet, so I like being able to spend time slowly. Hot soup, noodles, Sugakiya is delicious wherever you eat, but the customer service here is also polite and good impression. It was a feast! By the way, there is a washbasin in the food court to wash your hands, but it was a pity that I could not find a disinfectant spray for my fingers. (update) I found a cold Sugakiya Ramen ¥390 and tried it! The noodles were chewy and delicious. It's a cold soup, but I'm convinced that it's delicious because it's warm. Menma is also a warm soup, so it has a umami that melts into it, but the cold soup has a strong flavor. If you want to try it, come on!

Visited before 12:00 on Saturday. There were still seats available. There were quite a few orders, but I was called in less than 10 minutes. Hot ramen is a stable deliciousness. Some places are a little warmer than others, but it was fine here. And the presentation was beautiful, and the rice in the bowl was hot. Customer service was also good.
