I come here for the light Hakata pork bone ramen! The restaurant is run with two pillars: Jiro-style and Hakata Tonkotsu, and I get the impression that most of the customers are Jiro-style. The Hakata pork bone is also really delicious, so be sure to try it! Noodles with a nice crunch, char siu with just the right amount of seasoning that doesn't interfere with the soup, green onions that are thick but not spicy, and a light but rich soup. All of them are perfect. As for the price, it's quite reasonable at 750 yen per cup and 150 yen for extra balls. Rice is also free on weekdays!

There are counter seats and table seats (4 seats), so it seems that even families can come casually. There was also a chair for small children ☺️ The parking lot is full in the next carma, so you can park without worrying. I thought Jiro-style ramen would be muddy with a lot of backfat, but it was light! Noodles are thick noodles. Vegetable mashimashi is also free! Pork bone ramen is also light and there are replacement balls. Noodles are thin noodles. There are also soy sauce ramen (Chinese noodles), and I think everyone in the family can eat together even if their tastes are different. They immediately asked me if I needed a plate for my child, and they quickly brought it out for me.
