The shop is so quiet that you might pass by without noticing it. This shop is all about bamboo smoked noodles❗ Order bamboo smoked noodles❗ The menu recommended red circles, so I added smoked char siu and flavored eggs with toppings marked with red circles. And I also ordered radish gyoza which I saw for the first time❗ The radish gyoza was wrapped in thinly sliced ​​radish instead of gyoza skin. You can enjoy it by dipping it in 3 kinds of matcha salt, sesame sauce, and soy sauce. It was wrapped in radish, so I felt healthy and ate it. Bamboo smoked noodles are medium thin curly noodles. The char siu pork smoked with bamboo chips is on top, and the aroma is transferred to the noodles and soup. If you wrap the smoked char siu around the noodles and eat it, the light yet rich flavor spreads in your mouth. The bowl has a shape that makes it easy to drink the soup, and you can finish the soup with a light yet delicious taste. Salt ramen with a rich bamboo scent.
