A new store in the Tori Soba◯◯ru series! I never thought Kariya could do it too! I'm happy. A hidden store with only a counter surrounded by snacks. It was my first time having miso chicken paitan and it was creamy and delicious. I'm looking forward to hearing that it may become part of the regular menu.

I didn't know there was a store in a place like this. It feels like a hidden gem. If you enter from the side street of the nearby Lawson, you will see the store's signboard. When I entered the store, my first impression was that it was a very clean store. The manager was kind and greeted me politely. There is a ticket vending machine, so I ordered the recommended chicken soba and sat down at the counter. The soup was very delicious and the char siu was a trendy rare char siu that I would want to eat regularly! I'm also curious about the rare char siu bowl, I would like to order it next time. This time I went alone, but the store was so clean that I decided to go with my wife next time! ! I'm happy to have a delicious ramen restaurant near my house. Thank you very much♪ ~Added on 11/16~ Visited again with my wife. I ordered the "chicken soba miso" that I was interested in. It's too good. Personally, I preferred the miso flavor! ! The sweetness of the miso is added to the creamy soup, and you can't help but drink it all. Even if you can't be adventurous or can't try other menu items other than chicken soba, please give it a try! After all, the rare char siu is so delicious. My wife raved about it, saying it was a flavor that women liked.

Espuma type (foam type) chicken hot water ramen. It is an elegant ramen that is creamy yet light and very easy to eat. The chashu is soft and goes well with the soup. The noodles are soft and thin, and go well with the bubbling soup. Although the inside of the store is not that large, it is kept well-maintained and gives a very clean and warm impression. The store owner's customer service is also good, and he always responds cheerfully to my greetings. There are two points of dissatisfaction: location and social media advertising. It's about a 10 minute walk from Azuma Station, so it's not that far away, but the store is in a rather complicated area, so you won't be able to find it at first glance unless you research it in advance or use Google Maps. Also, on SNS, you can only find Instagram accounts, and there is no homepage or x (formerly Twitter), so unless you live in a very close area, you won't be able to visit. It's my favorite ramen restaurant and I go there once every two weeks.
