Came here through a recommendation from a friend. It was after 11 o'clock on a weekday, but there was one person in first. I ordered Shio Charshu Men with rice from the ticket vending machine. Served in about 3 minutes with almost no wait. The soup and noodles are both delicious. Personally, I like the char siu, so I hope you'll give it a try. thank you for the food.

For dinner today, I went to Ramen Shio Kariya Ekimae branch and had Shio Ramen for 700 yen and a bowl set for 280 yen. I had the miso beef tendon bowl 👍 Corona measures are in place. The kitchen is also clean. The counter seats are divided into 6 seats and 4 seats. The soup is salt soup, and the base is seafood, and I think it also contains chin soup stock and dried sardines.It's clear, refreshing and delicious😁The noodles are super thin, chewy and filling. The char siew is soft and topped with menma, green lettuce, and green onions. The green seaweed goes well with the soup because of its unusual taste. The miso beef tendon bowl has very tender beef tendon, and the combination of Hatcho miso makes it outstanding. Lastly, I had ramen chazuke. Thank you for the meal.

I had Shio Ramen, which is also the name of the restaurant. The soup was quite light and the noodles were chewy and very delicious! From the time you order until the time it comes out, the turnover rate is high, so you don't have to wait long to get in. Personally, it was so delicious that I want to go back again! We also had soy sauce and shrimp salt ramen, so I'd love to try other flavors too!
