The owner of Togariyu Ramen, which used to be located in Igaya-cho, Kariya City (GEO Soba), has opened the restaurant independently as TOGARI. I had given up on ``Kuroko Chicken Tang Dandan Noodles'' because I thought I wouldn't be able to eat it anymore, so I was very happy. I received "Black Sesame Tantan Soba" (¥890 as of May 2023). A rich double soup of chicken and seafood with a hint of sweetness and the richness of sesame seeds. The refreshing scent of sansho pepper and the numbing sensation tighten the taste, and are entwined with the chewy, medium-thick, whole-grain homemade noodles. I asked for a large serving, but after taking one bite, my appetite didn't stop and I ate it all in one go. Not only was it the same as before, the noodles were a little firmer, and the soup had the same balance, but it seemed to be a little richer. I'm a fan of the taste of chicken, so it's definitely delicious. A while ago, on a Kanto information program, I heard someone say, ``From now on, foam is the way to go!'' However, for many years before that, people started whipping soup with a hand blender to make it suspended and creamy before serving it. I'm one of the people who was there. I was surprised to find that the ramen was of such high quality that I couldn't believe it was a ramen shop inside a pachinko parlor! I had the black sesame dandan soba (all on top). This is my personal favorite flavor and I would like to go back to eat it again. PS: Boiled eggs were delicious. Smile

The style you choose with your meal ticket. There were 4 types of ramen. I was in the mood for a hearty meal, so I chose the Taiwanese Tsukesoba Rare Pork Atemori. I'm nervous because I'm the only one there. In the meantime, the rice bowl was served right away. The rare char siu shines on a beautiful plate. Stir in until cool. The soup has a richness from the chicken and a spiciness from the Taiwanese minced meat, but it also has a sweet taste that appeals to women. The noodles are slightly soft homemade noodles that coat the soup well and are easy to eat with chopsticks. Completed the meal in no time. I had some soup left over, so I decided to eat the cheese risotto that I had been curious about. A style where you lean over and wrench on your own. I wanted a little punch, so I added chili oil and pepper. ! ! ! So delicious! ! The richness and sweetness of the cheese and dipping sauce, plus the punch of Taiwanese pepper, pepper, and chili oil.
